Interactive Imagery offers infinite possibilities.  Here are a few:

POLARITIES

Polarities are extremely powerful forces within each of us. Polarities may be complementary or conflictual. Polarities can be

• physical (for example the right side of the body and the left side or the front and the back),
• emotional (for example, hope and fear, or love and hate) or
• abstract (for example, the inner self and the outer self or success and failure).  The possibilities are infinite.   

You can explore your polarities through the use of Interactive Imagery. 

• Decision making is facilitated by inviting the various options you are facing to each present itself as an image.

• Inner conflict can be clarified and resolved by inviting the left hand and the right hand to express both parts of the struggle.
  
  A detached perspective is created and clarity is gained when each position is elucidated through listening to the hands.  Often resolution can be achieved as the hands reach an agreement.

THE PERSONAL TOTEM POLE™ PROCESS

The Personal Totem Pole TM process is a particularly powerful example of Interactive Imagery in which a Guide is invited to emerge from each of the seven primary chakras, or energy centers, in the body.  These Guides, often Animals, provide learning that enables you develop the various facets of yourself and come into greater wholeness and integration.

GUIDES OF THE FOUR WINDOWS

Guides of the Four Windows explores the ways you know the world.  This approach is based on the Jungian concept of the Four Modalities of Consciousness –Thinking, Sensing, Feeling and Intuition. 

You can invite a Guide from each of these four ways of knowing the world.  By interacting with these Guides, you can learn more about how you relate to the world around you.  You can become aware of any limitations you may have developed over your lifetime.  By resolving these limitations you can more fully draw on all of your resources to live more effectively in the world.  While the Personal Totem Pole TM focuses the various facets of the self, Guides of the Four Windows explores the ways you perceive the world around you.
